Yes. We do installation services with additional charge and the charges is depend to the product.

You will be able to receive your orders from 5 - 7 working days after payment has been made.

As soon as payment has been made, we will not be able to cancel any orders. 

 

Deliver is complimentary for orders above $200.
Orders before $200 may opt for self-collection at our warehouse or gallery from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, or Sunday from 10am-7pm.

Yes. Our product does provide warranty. However due to the various types of product we have, different warrany criteria are applied to certain products. You can refer our website to obtain more information on warranty of our products.

Card Payments are processed through WiX with no additional or hidden cost involved.

We also accept payments via PayPal.

Only your personal information will be stored for future purchases such as your Name, Billing Address / Delivery Address, Email that you have provided to us when creating an account. 

All of the products Retail Price only excludes GST. There will not be any retail price variance from our e-commerce or gallery.

Our gallery is located at  Oxley BizHub 61 Ubi Rd 1 #01-09 Oxley Bizhub, 408727 Singapore.

From Monday to Saturday is 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 7pm. 

Your data is our utmost priority. It is the company’s duty to not share your data to anyone unless we are directed by a legal Court to do so. You can find our Personal Data Protection Act. 

 

There is no need to create an account should you prefer to check out as Guest. 

We do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to drop by our showroom and view the product before making the purchase.
