How is the quality of your products?

Our products have undergone strict testing and quality checks. They comes with the safety mark logo to certify they are safe for use. But in any event, we provide customers 1 year product warranty.

Where do you get your lightings from?

We source for quality lights from Taiwan and China. The outdoor lights are from Italy and Germany.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we provide free delivery with every $200 worth of purchase.

Is there any warranty for the products sold?

Yes! We offer 1 year onsite warranty for all our products. The one year warranty will start from the date of installation or delivery which ever comes first indicated on the invoice. There will be no labour or delivery charge for the first 1 year in the event if there is a need to replace any faulty item that is cover under the warranty specification.

What does the warranty specifically covers?

Our warranty will cover all light bulbs, tube, ballast and spare parts. We will replace the defective items stated within the warranty period. Exchange of faulty bulb can only be done at our showroom as item need to be tested. Spare parts, bulb, ballast cost will also be absorbed by us. In the event if a spare part is not available we will do our best to minimize the down time period. All warranty claims will take at least three working days to process.

Is that all the lightings designs that all you have as shown in this website?

No, we have more. As we are a small-based company, there are limitations in our resources. Hence, we often encourage our customers who called in to arrange an appointment with our staff who will introduce you to the wide range of lights we have at our showroom.

How often does your website gets updated?

We do try to update it regularly. However, due to limited resources, we find it best to connect with our customers on Facebook who are active on social media. So, do visit our Facebook page for more latest updates.
